One-on-One Run Coaching
For beginner to intermediate runners looking for training customized to your needs and goals, with ongoing support and communication.
In-person and remote options available.

In-person or online check-in session (40-55 min) once every 4 weeks
Additional pre-race strategy call in the week leading up to a race
Treadmill running gait assessment
Optional strength coaching (2-3 workouts programmed per week)
Option to schedule physical therapy sessions at a reduced fee (available only to coaching clients)
