If you do not have health insurance or plan to self-pay for our services without submitting for any kind of out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance, you will be provided with a written “Good Faith Estimate” of our costs when you schedule at least 3 days in advance. This information is also available on the services page and on the online scheduling site.
