Katie Pajerowski is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about helping people overcome pain and injury in order to find joy in movement and maintain an active life. Katie received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Delaware. She has 9+ years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy treating patients with acute and chronic pain, overuse and sports-related injuries, and post-surgery. She believes in bridging the gap between traditional rehab and the ability to move and perform optimally, and in empowering her patients and run coaching clients to work towards the goals that are most important to them.
Katie is board-certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, and is certified as a running coach through Road Runners Club of America. She also holds certifications in manual therapy and dry needling, and has a special interest in managing injuries of the foot and ankle. In addition to her own ongoing learning, she has been involved in teaching and assisting with continuing education for other physical therapists. As an avid trail runner, hiker, and rock climber, she is passionate about helping individuals reach their goals in these areas. Katie also has 20 years of ballet and modern dance experience, and her PT background includes specialized clinical experience with dancers and performing artists.
